Audit credits
You can buy audit credits a la carte, regardless of plan:
- Standard credit — $4,900. Covers one Standard audit.
- Deep Dive starter — $24,000+. Scoped via SOW.
Credits expire 12 months after purchase if unused.
Billing cadence
- Monthly plans bill on the calendar anniversary of signup.
- Annual plans get 15% off and bill on the calendar year.
- Stripe handles all charges. Manage from Account → Billing → Open Stripe Customer Portal (one-click).
Upgrade
Account → Billing → Upgrade. Pro-rated to the day — you only pay for the upgraded tier from the upgrade moment.
Downgrade
Account → Billing → Change plan. The downgrade takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle so you don't lose paid-for capacity mid-cycle.
Cancel
Account → Billing → Cancel. Free tier remains forever, just paid features turn off at cycle end.
Refunds
- Monthly — pro-rata refund of unused days.
- Annual — 30-day money-back if < 2 audits / < 100 scans used.
- Audit credits — refundable up to engineer-assignment; after triage they're consumed.
Refunds reflect within 5–10 business days through Stripe.
Multiple orgs
One person can own multiple QorTrace orgs (e.g. consulting one + day- job one). Switcher lives in the top nav. Each org has its own billing + audit credits + Atlas.
