Where to find invoices, update payment methods, and download receipts.

Self-serve everything billing-related from the Stripe Customer Portal.

Opening the portal

Account → Billing → Manage in Customer Portal. We redirect you to Stripe's hosted portal — no extra password, fully tokenised.

In the portal you can:

  • View / download every invoice as PDF
  • Update your card or payment method
  • Switch between monthly and annual cycles
  • Cancel your subscription
  • Update your business name, address, and tax IDs

Invoices

Every invoice auto-emails when issued, with a PDF attachment. Find historicals in Account → Billing → Invoices or in the Customer Portal.

If your finance team needs invoices delivered to a different email, set it in Account → Billing → Billing email.

Payment methods

We accept:

  • Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover) via Stripe
  • ACH (US business accounts, Pro and above)
  • SEPA Direct Debit (EU business accounts, Pro and above)
  • Wire transfer (Enterprise only — minimum $20k annual contract)

USDC and stablecoin payments are on the Enterprise roadmap for Q3 2026.

Tax & VAT

We collect VAT for EU & UK customers (you can add your business VAT ID and we'll reverse-charge). For US-based businesses, we don't collect sales tax — your CFO knows whether you owe it locally.

For invoicing in your local currency: available on Enterprise contracts only. Default invoicing currency is USD.

Receipts vs invoices

In Stripe-speak:

  • Receipts are sent immediately after each successful charge (good enough for most expense reports).
  • Invoices are issued before the charge (Net-30 terms etc., available on Enterprise).

Both are downloadable from the portal as PDF.

Disputes & refunds

We try to resolve any billing surprise within 1 business day. Email support@qortrace.com — please include the invoice ID. We rarely get billing disputes; when we do, we refund first and triage second.
